1. • You may return items within 7 days of the original purchase date.
   • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them to be eligible for a return.
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@greenranches.ae or WhatsApp us at +971524952827 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

1. Refunds

1. • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
   • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by issuing a Coupon Code for the refund value with 4 months validity.
   • The refund amount will be for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping charges.
   • Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed and to issue coupon code.

1. • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
   • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued instead.
